Howard County Busted Mugshots is a private reference site, not a government office. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or obtain an official booking record. Direct those requests to the appropriate public office below.
Howard County Records Route
Start with the arresting agency and ask where the person is housed. Howard County Sheriff is the county records contact for arrest reports and can identify the holding destination. Hall County Corrections is the relevant facility contact when Hall custody is confirmed. Use the agency’s ordinary business channel for a record request, not 911.

For an existing Howard County report, call or email the sheriff with the name, approximate date, arresting agency if known, and booking number if available. The sheriff lists $10 for accident and sheriff reports, payable by check or cash, but does not publish a separate fee for booking photographs. Ask for an estimate before authorizing any cost.

- For a state-prison custody question, use the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services incarceration search.
- For a federal or immigration custody question, use the relevant BOP or ICE locator rather than a county roster.
- For St. Paul city-held records, use the city’s records-request form and confirm whether the city or sheriff is the custodian.
